Igniting Passion and Energy for the Work and Life You Love
Jodi Michele Cooley

Topics: Disabilities, Inspirational, Parenting and Children, Self-Care

Have you cracked the code that allows your dreams to come true? So many of us are taught to ignore our feelings or sock them away. As a result, we aren't truly aware of our feelings or how to live them out appropriately. The result? We end up full of rage, depressed or extremely disappointed, causing us to live our lives on auto-pilot, rather than by design. In her humorous, compassionate talk, Empowerment Coach Jodi Michele Cooley presents her 3-step Feel It Thru Method that helps you get crystal clear on what you’re feeling, and shows how to work with your feelings instead of against them. “When we give ourselves permission to feel all our emotions and work with our feelings,” says Cooley, “we develop incredible inter-personal relationships, as well as an awesome relationship with self.”

Cooley’s breakthrough presentation shows how to decipher the messages from our bodies and emotions that say, “Give me freedom!” Our feelings are radar detectors, says Jodi, but often we don’t listen. ” We’ve all had a gut feeling that afterwards we knew was right on,” she points out. In Jodi's signature talk Whatever You Want, You Have to Feel Your Way There you will:

• Learn to navigate your emotions and use them as fuel

• Rebel against adversity

• Stop living in default mode

• Finally understand your life's journey

• Jumpstart your creativity

• Spearhead radical change in all areas of your life

You’ll learn how to hear the messages your body and emotions are sending and take action without delay. This enhances your sense of well-being and replaces defeatist thoughts with feelings of hope. “Your personal mythology becomes a transformational journey,” says Cooley. “You accept life’s challenges and crash through the barriers that have held you prisoner.”

From early childhood, Jodi Cooley turned obstacles into challenges. At age 6, she was the primary caretaker for her mother, who had MS, and later she developed her own health challenge: Transverse Myelitis. She’s been through severe depression and has a daughter with developmental delays. An inspiring, motivational speaker, she shares the wisdom and sanity she's gained in making peace with herself and the rest of the world. Using humor, humility and humanity, she makes each listener feel they are not alone, as she offers tools to expand beyond the limitations life hands us.

You’ll leave Jodi Michele Cooley’s presentation with a deeper connection to your body and emotions, ready to experience greater aliveness, inspiration, enthusiasm, self-renewal and clarity. “I show you how to live in the “-ing” of the present, not the “-ed” of the past,” says Jodi. “People come away with greater clarity and a new perspective on their life.”
