Deborah Deras is a Principal of Synergy Unlimited. She brings to the company her background as an event planner and counselor for the State of California. She is a charismatic speaker, highly energetic seminar leader and master results coach certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Hypnosis. She received a full grant for her Master of Science in Counseling from California State University, Los Angeles. She also earned a National Certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor from the Commission a Rehabilitation Counseling Certification. She has received post-graduate training from the American Seminar Leadership Association in which she obtained a Certification as an Action Coach. Currently, she is a Professor of Human Services at the University of Phoenix. She will be licensed as a Spiritual Counselor under the direction of Dr. Michael Beckwith founder of the Agape Spiritual Center in June, 2008.Deborah brings a standard of excellence to all of her presentations. Deborah Deras is very active in the Latino business community.
